Description of Stainless steel flange

Stainless steel flange is easy to crack after welding. If the same type of stainless steel electrode is used for welding, it must be preheated to more than 300 ℃, and slowly cooled to about 700 ℃ after welding to avoid flange cracking. If the weldment can not be heat treated after welding, the appropriate stainless steel flange electrode should be selected. In order to improve corrosion resistance and weldability, stable elements such as titanium, niobium and molybdenum are added appropriately.
