Characteristic of Stamping elbow
Stamping elbow is a fundamental process: first, weld a polygonal cross-section of the ring shell or closed at both ends of the polygonal fan-shaped shell, the internal pressure is applied, under the action of internal pressure, the cross-section gradually turns from polygon to circle, and eventually becomes a circular ring shell. According to the requirements, a circular ring shell can be cut into four 90 degree elbows or six 60 degree elbows or other standard elbows. This process is suitable for making any standard large elbow with the ratio of the middle diameter of the elbow to the inner diameter of the elbow greater than 1.5, which is a good way to make large elbow now.
