Description
HDPE cross is a high crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic resin material made of pipe fittings. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white and translucent to a certain extent in the thin section. HDPE has excellent resistance to most domestic and industrial chemicals.
HDPE cross. Its elongation at break is not less than 350%, which can reach more than 500%. It has strong adaptability to uneven settlement of pipe foundation and excellent seismic performance. The performance of the raw material is stable and inert. Except for a few strong oxidants, it can resist the corrosion of various chemical media and will not produce electrochemical corrosion.

Characteristic
HDPE cross does not add any heavy metal stabilizer in the processing. The material is completely non-toxic, has no scaling layer, does not breed bacteria, and prevents the secondary pollution of urban drinking water. The pipe has smooth inner surface with Manning coefficient of 0.009. The smooth surface and non adhesion characteristics ensure that HDPE pipe has higher conveying capacity than traditional pipe, and also reduces the pipeline pressure loss and water transmission energy consumption.
