Description

The stainless steel tee assembly is composed of a variety of pipe fittings, including the main pipe and the branch pipe installed on the main pipe. The main pipe of the product is provided with a welding part, and the branch pipe of the product is set on the welding part and connected with the main pipe through the welding edge.

Characteristic
The stainless steel tee joint adopts extrusion molding method: prepare the stainless steel tube blank with a layer of plastic film on its surface; conduct extrusion molding on the stainless steel tube blank of the product to obtain the semi-finished tee joint; conduct solution treatment, surface grinding and groove processing on the semi-finished tee joint of the product.
The extrusion forming method of stainless steel tee joint adopts emulsion as liquid filling medium, which meets the requirements of energy saving and environmental protection. The tee joint formed by this product is easy to clean, and the liquid filled medium emulsion in the pipe can be reused, which will not pollute the stainless steel metal tee joint and the environment.
